This a a small inn owned by a sweet young couple. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was provided and it was delicious. They were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Everyone was so friendly. They've only owned the Inn since March and they are doing a remarkable job. It is an old property dating back to the 1800's. If you're looking for modern, this is not the place for you. If you want, cozy, comfortable and friendly, this is your place.

Kate is a great hostess.

Everything was within walking distance from this place. We walked to Lou Mac Park in the evening and continued our walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Loved our stay here and would recommend this place, and we would be going back soon.

In the past month, July 2024, I have stayed at the Inn twice while in Oriental on personal (boat) business.
Both times I was more than pleased at the Inn's friendliness, cleanliness, and convenience. It's a happy place with a friendly dog to welcome you. Very cozy, very inviting.

Lovely B&B in an older building, but beautifully decorated. Rooms are very comfortable with many little touches of amenities. Kate & Dustin are wonderful, friendly hosts.
Breakfasts excellent, homemade treats. Everyday different.

The owner, Kate, was super helpful, answering all our questions. Her mother, Bonita, and father, Rick, were there helping their daughter run the inn. They were both so kind and gracious to us. We loved staying here. The breakfasts, with homemade cakes, etc. were superb. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Beautifully decorated,inside and outside. The breakfast was a good bit more than I expected. After arrival,we asked for an entry level room and were graciously given one! I was referred by a friend and will certainly give referral to anyone traveling to or through Oriental.
