Although the property appears to be older, it was clean and the staff was friendly. There was a small breakfast included (cereal, bagels pastries and yogurt) and drinks. It was the perfect pit stop for a single night.

Hotel was clean, warm and comfortable. Outside of someone trying to exit out the fire door which set off the alarm, it was an uneventful, peaceful stay.

I came to Cadillac for a couple of days to see family. When I checked into the room, there was a toenail clipping on the floor, and the sheets had some kind of black stain on them, like grease from working on a car. The room obviously was not cleaned thoroughly. When I talked to the front desk, they took care of it. It didn’t give me much confidence in the overall cleanliness of the place. I didn’t see any bugs, so that was good. Breakfast was very limited and didn’t look great, so I went out to eat. Not impressed with this hotel.

Very convenient close to Cadillac many options for food within walking distance and close to a nice beach area. If you like a super stiff mattress this will be good but that was the main downside we found.

We arrived around 8 in the evening so early enough to expect someone to be there within a reasonable amount of time. The room wasn't dirty but the bed had some stains on on the under sheet that were off-putting. Bed was rather hard and difficult to sleep on comfortably but that's personal preference there. Overall if you're looking for an inexpensive stay in Cadillac, it's ok but amenities are very limited.
