I've stayed here three times over the past couple of years. For an affordable, quite and safe no-frills stay over this place can't be beat. Plus a big shout out to the front desk who helped me with my difficult schedule.

Run down budget hotel. Ice machine broken. Pool out of order. No room cleanup during stay. 1 tiny single-use shampoo for 3 nights & 2 people. Stinky soap. Dingy.

Check in was easy. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom (#114), and on our particular day, the price was very fair. For a room this nice, it was perhaps the best price in the United States. We felt fortunate to have found this motel in Monticello, Utah.

Room was ok for the price. The main problem was the plumbing. Everything worked but if someone took a shower in another room you could hear it in the pipes very loudly. Middle of the night a toilet flushed somewhere and I thought a pipe burst. Woke me up every time

Very old and it showed. Beds were old and bedding was older. Very loud air conditioner. Stayed on the first floor which was a mistake because the people on second floor above us were very loud in the middle of the night and we couldn't sleep. Terrible continental breakfast. Garbage can wasn't even cleaned out from the day before.

The key card was diffucult, took 10 plus tries to open the door, breakfast was late and not very good. When other showered, the water could be heard in my room.

Side entrance unlocked. You don't want to walk barefoot in the room. Everything worn down. Add $50 and stay in a normal motel next door.

Room was spacious and the fellow that checked us in was kind. However, no dining options past 9pm (not the hotels fault) and breakfast wasn’t available at 7:30 as advertised. We waited until 7:40 and then decided to hit the road as there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk.
