Didn’t come clean our room. Came in and put the door sign back but didn’t even bother to make the bed or take dirty towels. Emailed manager and has not returned my email. Hot Tub and Pool broke again. We were not happy at all with our stay.

The suite was a good size for our large family and it was appreciated to have a closable door for the master. Breakfast was good. However, the hot tub was closed when we went to the pool and would have liked an ice machine on our floor. (2nd)

The hotel room was great. The shower has normal soap, shampoo and conditioner, instead of the knock off hotel brand single use trash. That’s a +++. The continental breakfast was excellent each day we were there.
The only negative was that I never got to use the pool, but that’s not Canalta’s fault.
