Hotel was great. Only complaint if we had one was the refrigerator made noise in the evening that sometimes woke us up.

The check in person was very friendly and nice. When i got to the room, there was dirty tissues or rags on the counter top near the stove. I went to close the shade and there was some guy out front my window jumping up onto the electrical box. Scared the crap out of me. The neighbors next door where loud and noisy. Banging around the doors or cabinets, loud music, jumping off stuff causing my bed to shake..etc I called front desk multiple times and told them about what was happening. After they talked to them, there went nuts and made even more noise. I asked to be switched to a different room and was told i would have to pay more out of pocket in order to move. Woke up to some guy smoking pot outside my room and the neighbors still making noise throughout the night.
This was the worst night ever and got no sleep. I had a show to do the next day. I told the front desk person that i would never ever stay at this place again. She told me the could have moved me at no cost and the other person never reported my complaint. Then she said she would talk to management to see what they could do for me. That was a lie, still haven't heard back from them. Stay somewhere else, dont waste the money!

Large room and clean, inside and outside. Close freeway. Leather like chair was scratched by a cat. Very unsightly.

Other than the room being a little expensive, the place is very nice and so is the staff.

I would stay here again. I really like having the kitchenette. I think the only thing I would advise is having the coffee makers in the rooms by default, and maybe stepping up to a .kuerig.

The rooms are only cleaned every 7 days, the treadmill was broken, there was no breakfast as advertised, and the hallways were frequently dirty.

The 1st room we were given had dirty towels on the bathroom wand some dirty men’s socks rolled up next to the bed. There was also an empty large screen LG TV box in the room. I called the front desk immediately and after she came up to inspect the room she immediately gave us another one that smelled good and was CLEAN.

For an extended stay, you would think a takeaway breakfast would be far more impressive than a handful of small oranges and granola bars, sweetened instant oatmeal, and coffee with only sweetened coffee mate as milk options? With as much as it costs to stay here, a 24 hour coffee bar is a bare MINIMUM with actual milk products.Your travelers shouldn't have to leave property to get a damn coffee! Which, might I mention, isn't even in the room, standards? I know I'm harping on this, but it's universal. I realize I can request a coffee maker, but with the minimum offered here, would it come with filters? A few grains of coffee? Old, stale beans a staff member found at the bottom of her cleaning bag? I shudder to think!

There was no room services for the 5 nights we stayed, the bathroom seat was wobbly, hair was found all over our bath tub. No hair condition or lotion avail. Breakfast was sad, coffee gains in the coffee, oat meal packets, and muffin. No warm food or fruits or yogurts. The room AC unit blew scented freshener, very overwhelming.

Would definitely recommend or stay again if needed. Extremely reasonable price for the included kitchenette , clean bathroom , good size tv, and comfy beds. Everything was clean as could be. All the staff I came across were awesome as well , very helpful I was explained everything about the property policies, amenities, easy in and outs regarding entrances exits, etc. I only had a small issue with my room cards ( I think I demagnetized them accidentally with my phone and belongings and such) and was immediately given two brand new keys no questions asked in a jiffy. 10/10 for anyone looking to explore the area in a spot close to all attractions but want a quieter immediate setting.
