What a great find for a fall color tour weekend. Loved the excellent breakfast and other included food options throughout the day. Plenty of space for me to park my kayak trailer. The covered parking right outside our room was a definite bonus. Fridge, refrigerator AND digital safe in room. The only drawbacks were: room floor probably needs a good mopping, versus just vacuuming. Also, we could hear it very clearly in our room whenever someone used the sink/shower or flushed the toilet in the room above us. Other than those small things - excellent stay with a friendly and helpful staff. We would stay again.

At arrival (10:30pm) we were told by the hotel desk and also the manager that unfortunately they had to cancel our 2 nights reservation because they didn’t have a clean room to offer us. At arrival! They didn’t have an alternative solution either on a weekend where all hotels were sold out. Terrible!

It was really nice, the staff was very friendly. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was okay. All and all I would recommend this place for the price. If you're okay with traffic noise it will wake you up in the morning

Your front desk and maintenance person were wonderful. However, the checkin process was hindered by the housekeeping staff not having enough clean and ready rooms. The line to check in at 8pm was at least 15 people deep. No clean rooms meant we all waited. Most people just wanted to check in and get to dinner.

The room was very out-dated. It offered massage bed that did not work properly. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The TV was hard to operate, I believe the batteries were old. There could have been a coffee maker in the room. Basically the price of $167 was WAY too high for the quality of the room. When we returned to our room the second night, the key cards did not open our room door. I had to go to the office and have them re-programmed. Very inconvenient.

This hotel overbooked because their maid staff left for the day and none of the rooms were cleaned. Therefore, no rooms were available. There were atleast 20 people waiting in line when I tried to check in and everyone was told there are no rooms because the maid staff left and no rooms available. On top of that, their prices were crazy high for the type of hotel it is.

It was excellent, for the price. The furniture is very old, but we didnt expect anything great, for the price. It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent, breakfast was good. They offer free hotdogs & icecream for lunch.
We extended our stay for an extra night.

Our room was NOTHING like the pictures on the website. This room was much older, in need of paint/patching in several areas, several of the blinds were broken, the bathroom was disappointing. There was a ring around the inside of the toilet bowl, figuring out the light switch was interesting. We opted not to shower there in the morning. There was dirt on the baseboard behind the bathroom door. The heat ran all night but it was blowing cold air. We should for a refund
On a positive note the bay view was pretty and the breakfast was ok.

Was charged $35 for fees and taxes but the ad said those were included. They were not. Appreciated the cafe.
