Long time customer, been staying at this particular hotel since it’s grand opening 8 years ago. Back then it was wonderful! Since then it has steadily been going downhill . Rooms are not as clean and are in disrepair . The kitchen utensils are poor. They cut down on the evening socials and the quality and quantity has gone way downhill. Sadly This will be my last stay.

Checkin disappointing: Digital key did not work - had to go to the front desk and get a card key; despite requesting two extra pillows and towels in my Hotels.com booking AND sending a message to the hotel directly AND speaking earlier that day with the front desk, our room did not have an extra pillow or towels. The front desk clerk told me that they do not have any extra pillows (good grief! The king size bed only had two king pillows and two lumpy standard pillows) and he handed me some towels.
I found an old blanket and a very gross old pillow (with no pillow case) in the closet. There was not a waste basket in the bathroom area. The breakfast buffet is rather blah and no one was around to help. On the upside, the building is nice, the shower in our room was great (excellent water pressure) and the hotel is fairly close to the Hamilton Train Station.

My family and I decided on this trip last minute and were worried about the place to stay and we are glad that we stayed at this hotel. Easy to say probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Clean and nice to check in, good parking and a good experience overall.

The suite was big and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The kids enjoyed the outside area with all the games. The pool was smaller, but the kids had fun, and it had a basketball hoop. Towels for the pool area were limited. Overall, we would stay here again.

Good location, great room size (we had the 2 bedroom suite which was awesome and huge). Carpet needed to be replaced with basic tile/wood flooring. The rooms could have used an update. Cleaning was not great by staff at all, but front desk extremely nice.

Fantastic having outdoor activities (ping pong, basketball, cornhole, putting green). Pool was a bit small so it was often crowded but still was able to enjoy it. Rooms were great.

It was a perfect spot for our son. Close to 6 Flags. And we played basketball on the half court, played mini golf and played basketball in the pool before and after the park.
The pool was small but big enough for basketball though not to swim.

From the front desk staff to the catering staff to the room, everything was excellent. Clean sheets, towels, living area and bathroom. Fresh smelling room. Delicious breakfast. Delicious/boozy evening reception. Super friendly staff. Not one issue the entire stay. Special shout out to the early am breakfast crew. Will be back when visiting six flags again.

Once it was our turn, there was a second staff member that came out… it was too bad that he didn’t come out just a bit earlier while the large group was there, but maybe he was busy. Once we got to our room we were very pleased. It was a king room with sofa bed. Unfortunately, there were no linens for the sofa bed in the room, and I was busy with my children, so I didn’t want to call down for any. One other unfortunate detail was that the towels in the bathroom were damp. Maybe the hotels dryers weren’t working properly, but again, my kids had just fallen asleep and I didn’t want to call down to the front desk. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the putting green, basketball court and ping pong table. The breakfast was good too, and I was surprised and delighted to see grits! We would definitely stay there again, I would just make sure I had all the proper dry linens before getting ready for bed next time:)

Maybe the best hotel I stayed, the breakfast was unbelievably delicious, out-meal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, hem, turkey sausage, tacos, yogurt, French toast, so many cupcakes and cookies, just wow.
Amenities make this hotel really special, my kids were so happy, it makes me happy too!
