We had a room with 2 queen beds. The heating system made an awful loud noise every time it turned off. Which happened all night long every 5 minutes. I notified the staff in the morning and was told I would receive a phone call from he GM, which never happened. I had 4 children will me and was not willing to switch rooms after they had fallen asleep. I have several videos of the sound.

The elevator started breaking down when we were in it. We were lucky to get out of it and then it broke down. The Internet was down. We got the wrong room. The pool was down. Nothing functioned in that hotel it seemed like.

Ac is loud and old. The filter needed to be replaced as per the unit. It’s an old hotel, expensive for what it is.

The 3rd party booking sites overbooked the hotel so we were unable to have the double queen we booked. AC wasn't working in our room. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

The hotel said it is a non smoking facility but it smells. Our room and 4th floor smells like at some point it was. I can tell they are trying to update some aspects of the place. It needs more. Staff was friendly.

Good location. Clean up the parking lot, and pressure wash the concrete around the outside of the building.

There were stains on the pillowcases. The pillows and mattress were not very comfortable.The tub did not drain well. There was a used bar of soap and a used washcloth in the bathroom. I don't plan to stay there again.

As long as you like attempting to sleep while it’s 80 degrees in the room, ac set to 60 would blow cold for 30 seconds then 15mins of hot air making hotter than it actually was outside. Should have taken the hint when I walked in the lobby was hot

I was very disappointed with the hotel. I expected more from a Hotel.com facility. At checkin the clerk could not find my reservation even after I provided my confrirmation #. Now for the room, what a disappointment. There were no electrical outlets at the desk to connect my laptop and lighting was very poor. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy and the bathroom was in serious need of an update. The bathtub drain was rusted and tub stained. Dont let the exterior appearance fool you!

The sink was almost clogged. There was an old drink found in the mini fridge. The door was ajar when we arrived at the room. The room seemed like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time.
