No staff present at 4pm check-in. Rang bell, waited 10 minutes until mumbly employee showed up from outside, where he was apparently hanging out with lady friend?? This place definitely very tired and not so clean--carpet and other floors. Broken door closer inside room door had punched a hole in the drywall (see photo). Loud heater in room. Internet was intermittent during night and next morning. Breakfast was standard hot and cold items. Was cold in breakfast room because the outside door in the breakfast room was broken and didn't close--security issue!!

Fur the off season price it wasn't bad. The property could use some updating as it's starting to look warn and dated. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Great little hotel in Hot Springs for the traveler...
Good, soft beds....roomy with large desk and great sitting chair.
Bathrooms are large!!!! Bigger than most franchise hotels.

We loved the lower price which is always our first priority when looking for a room.
Next is location and cleanliness.
All of these were good! We are not picky when it comes to decor or the size of the room, which actually were nice as well.
We did notice a few cob webs on the bathroom ceiling and the wallpaper above the shower was peeling off. The lamp next to my bed didn’t work, probably just needs a light bulb.
We didn’t use the pool or go for breakfast so I can’t comment on those. The TV and fridge worked great & the bed was comfortable so overall we were happy!!

Room 126 in Hot Springs was not clean. Stains on bed, bathroom vent looked like it had mold. Shower would not drain. Dirt in the heater. There were homeless people camped behind the building on this property. Wish I’d taken photos

Got up early to go hunting and it was before 6am. I was going to get some juice but it was out of order, food was all in the warmer so I asked if I could get a plate but was told no because it was not 6am. Next morning went out a 6am still no juice and by 6:30am started to run out of food for the other people coming out to eat. The other person I was with went to eat and he said they had not got anymore made so we just left.

Lovely stay on the edge of an interesting, quiet town. Easy access to local attractions. Deer in the car park!

Place seemed clean except bathroom floor was sticky. Used a washrag and it was pretty dirty. Showed lady at front desk.

Bedding was dirty, i had to go ask for clean sheets and change it myself. Also had to go to front desk for towels for my room. Pool was freezing cold and dirty
