The only two issues I had was the flashing red light, in the ceiling top. Also, the toilet seat is made for head start children. Very uncomfortable for ADULTS.

Hubby and I checked in late (like 10p) and had no problems getting in. The water pressure in the shower was nice with a great temperature range. Room was basic but clean. There is a pool that we didn't utilize. Breakfast was pre-made continental style, including the waffles, though still yummy! Staff was friendly when interacting with them. We would stay here again.

This was our second stay in two weeks with this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Most of the hotel looks almost new. The rooms, breakfast area, and the pool are above average. The employees are all friendly and helpful. My complaints are minor to most but enough to make me think twice before staying here again. The first is the breakfast offering. There was no selection of muffins (two) while there were at least six different bagels. Also, the biscuits are hard and tough. Not a good thing in a Southern Hotel. The next complaint is with the food pantry/area by the front desk. The prices are outrageous. A small bag of chips is $3.00 with tax and the other items are priced high as well. I do not mind paying for convenience but there is a limit on that. Finally, no matter which side of the hotel you stay in there is going to be above average traffic noise. The front, of course, is the worst as it is directly affected by the Interstate while the backside has a major road running close to it. I would like to add that I filled out a comment card for my stay and have not heard anything from the hotel. It is common courtesy to contact guests for praise or complaints and follow up I feel.

Really enjoyed a nice quiet night after a long day of travel. Great room and amenities. Clean, comfortable made for a great night of sleep. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly and professional.

Close to the highway, yet quiet. Room was clean and everything worked, we slept great. I would stay here again.

This was our first stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Bristol as we normally stay at The Sessions Hotel (Marriott) or The Bristol Hotel (Boutique). The entire facility looked almost new and was exceptionally clean. There were a few issues during our stay. The 2 issues I do not know how the hotel could fix. The accessible room was at the end of the hall. A long walk for someone with a walker/cane. Second issue was the noise level. This hotel is located at the edge of the Interstate. I checked with the hotel before staying and was told no complaints. I have stayed at an airport hotel with less noise. The next issues could be resolved. The carpet at the entrance to the elevator had been patched. I caught my foot or cane on it twice. The edges of the patch just need to be trimmed. The employees at the hotel do not wear name tags, or I saw none. This is a security issue for me. I picked up two one ounce bags of chips from the little food closet and after checkout I found out that these chips were over $3.00 with tax. The same chips are 2 for $1.00 or $1.50 at most convenience stores. I appreciate the convenience but this was excessive to me. Finally the free breakfast was good however the biscuits were tough/hard and the muffin selection was limited. Only two flavors. The rest of the buffett was great, especially the eggs. Hard to do on a buffet. I am going to try one more time in the next few days. I hope for a better outcome.

The only negative thing I have to say about this facility is there air conditioning is sensitive to movement so when you’re asleep, it does kick off and it gets hot in your room.

Staff is always friendly, great breakfast, clean hotel!!

It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable I was out in 20 minutes lol. Thank y'all for the amazing stay and well definitely be back!!
