I was on site for a conference so didn't spend much time experiencing the hotel or area but the staff were friendly and the food and drinks in the hotel bar were good and the room was comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful. Staff was welcoming and attentive from when we walked through the doors until checkout . Convenient parking and enjoyed the short walk to LL Bean and dining choices. Also had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel!

Overall a nice hotel. We had a small wait to check in. Others were having issues with their rooms not being ready at 4pm on a Tuesday in summer. They were unhappy but we had no problems. For the price we definitely received value. Comfortable, quiet. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. A complimentary breakfast would have been preferred. Also, we didn’t care for the dog friendly environment (two dogs had an altercation by the elevator). It did not have any issues with pet odor or hair, however.

Someone spilled blueberries on the stairs and sticky blueberries were still all over the stairs 2 days later. No shower gel or hand soap, staff said they were completely out of it. There is not a hot tub at this location (the pictures show there is) only a small pool that is not monitored and young children were left unattended in the pool area. So, after navigating a poorly laid out lobby with an adaptive stroller, using our own bedding, purchasing additional soaps, avoiding the pool, avoiding the stairs and picking up our own room service (they don't offer that either), it was an average stay...
