Enjoyable stay. Excellent location and easy walking distance to town. Hosts were excellent. We enjoyed the wood fire sitting room at night and breakfast in the dining room with a gorgeous view in the morning the most. Followed it up with a walk in the stunning gardens. Would stay again if in the area.

Imagine that you went to your favourite aunty's place and she greeted you at the door ( in her socks) and welcomed you into the fire and made sure that you had some of her home cooked cake...
That was just what it felt like. The was no absent minded glance from a computer screen to do check-in. Just a warm welcome, as if she had been waiting for us to come.
The room was comfortable with a good bed and a Narnia style wardrobe.
Breakfast was generous.
I wish we had planned more time there and used it as a base.

A fresh take on a charmingly 'English' model of quiet, 'old-world' accommodation. Great breakfast, lovely comfortable room, and a fire in the lounge downstairs to soften and enliven a quiet Nannup winter stay. Chris and Louise are warm, intelligent, thoughtful people and welcoming hosts.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Nannup. Louise is a fabulous host. The rooms are clean and each one is slightly different with lovely fresh flowers from the garden. Breakfast is delicious too with homemade breads and jams. Would not hesitate to stay here anytime, it’s gorgeous and relaxing!!

An absolutely beautiful setting. Such a relaxing atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for Louise or Chris. We'll certainly be back!

Great quiet location near to town. Very nice accommodation and beautiful gardens. Good place to explore the South West.

Very convenient location though the house is sited at the top of a long and fairly steep driveway. The hosts are delightful. The bedroom we had did have an en-suite bathroom but was a little cramped, the bed was very comfortable.

A quiet yet highly accessible town for an overnight country stay. The house is more like a small hotel but with friendly country-style hospitality. Set in well-maintained gardens, the House is a short walk from the main street and on the edge of bushland and hills. A peaceful place to stay.

Louise welcomed us and guided us to THE local hangout spot that evening (Wednesday = pizza and live music at a local cafe), and was able to give us information about our biking route. Absolutely amazing. The decor is so classical and homely. It was as if I was staying at a relatives home!
I loved our room and was surprised that the owner had upgraded our room with an ensuite without charge! Also, the cleanliness of the whole place! So clean and fresh
The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and I loved the downstairs living room with all of the wonderful books and the fireplace!
The cooked breakfast was beautiful, as well.
