We had a very nice stay. We loved being right in Lake Michigan. The weather was gloomy but having the lake view was great. Attached Restaurant was great. No need for a coat. Food was good and reasonable. There was music on saturday which we really liked. Yes it is dated but that adds to the charm. Room was very clean. No smells that people talk about except from the chlorine in the pool. The pool and hottub were relaxing. Most times we were the only ones in there. Definately will go back. Nice to start a vacation with only a two hour drive.

Nice place right on the lake with great views. We only stayed one night and had very high winds so didn't do much outside. Good sized room with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was a nice surprise with five choices, or you could order off the menu and pay the difference, well worth it. The staff were helpful and friendly and would stay again.

Picturesque place to stay. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. Beds made noise with any movement and were not comfortable for us.

clean quiet room hot tub was small but nice right on the lake walking distance to pier beach was beautifull wish we would have brought chairs to sit on beach breakfast was very good I would call this a hidden gem

One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at I would give it 7 ⭐ if I could. The restaurant is amazing Jacuzzi and pool were clean and amazing everything was just top tier.

The hotel is on the older side, but clean and the staff was great. Loved being able to open the window and listen to the waves on the lake. It was easy to get to and near othre amenities.

The people, view and location were great.
The included breakfast was much better than expected.
The property was older and in need of major remodeling.
The beds ŵere very springy and difficult to sleep on. Overall the property had a musty smell and damp feeling through the hallway and room. Bathroom was for shorter people. The TV and remote was difficult to control as we had to use both the buttons on the TV as well as the remote.

Staff was extremely friendly. For an older hotel, it is incredibly maintained and clean. The view our our window to lake Michigan was great, the water is about 75 feet away. Included breakfast, with cooked to order options was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again if our travel plans allow.

I took my three grandkids to meet Lake Michigan. Chose the Lighthouse Inn for our stay. Read some reviews and was a little leary because of some of them. I almost switched but that would have been a huge mistake. We all loved all of it! The beach is spectacular. Waking up with a view of the lake and hearing the waves was spectacular. Good food at the restraurant. Pool was fun. Quiet, clean and super friendly staff. We will be back!
