This is a beautiful and friendly property. The room was comfortable, everything (TV, bathroom facilities, etc.) worked, and the entire facility was very clean. During our visit, Hurricane Helene moved across the area, and the hotel lost power. The staff did everything they could to make sure everyone was safe. When we left, the property had no damage despite high winds and flooding rainfall. At checkout, the staff could not print a receipt for us but promised to email us one when the electricity was restored. They were also allowing guests to wait out the storm in the lobby and breakfast areas. Overall, we were highly impressed by Mountain Inn and Suites, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a restful getaway.

The lobby was nice and enjoyable to hang out there. The room was damp, event with the ac running. The shower made a loud noise when you turned it on. It seemed that at some point the bathroom counter fell, broke the tile, and they just reconnected it. We've stayed here before and never had issues but it may be time to update.

Friendly staff, affordable, clean room, had the feel of a family run hotel. I found the facilities and the room to be very clean and well maintained. TV could be larger for sure but would not stop me from staying here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Everything shines. Looks clean and smells clean. Situated near the interstate but far enough away to be quiet. All the restaurants we wanted to try were about 10 minutes away.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and although an older property, it is well kept and comfortable, out of the way yet a short drive to Hendersonville and surrounding areas. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is fine. Would stay here again!
