We had very nice and comfortable stay at Le Dauphin hotel. The place was immaculate and the concierge was pleasant. Free parking for guests staying at the hotel with buffet breakfast. Overall it was wonderful!

The charging statin for EV CAR was very considerable. Overall, I would like to visit again, but the breakfast menu should be renewed. 6 Fam member could staing one room, that was very unique!

Room was very clean. But the pillows were like decorative pillows. No other pillows were available. I had to use towels to make myself a pillow

Well, where do I start? From the moment I walked in, I had the distinct feeling things were about to get interesting. You see, my wife and I travel a lot for work, and I booked this hotel using her Expedia account, like we’ve done for the past 15 years without a single hiccup. That is, until this fine establishment. The desk supervisor, in an act of what I can only describe as the pinnacle of security theater, insisted I get official approval from my wife. Yes, you read that right. After driving for over 10 hours, I was really in the mood for this… NOT. We had a tense exchange that could have been avoided with, you know, common sense, but eventually she noticed the small detail of my name being on the credit card. Crisis averted. Keys in hand, but not my faith in humanity. That lovely check-in really set the stage for the rest of my stay. Soap dispensers in the bathroom? Non-functional. Freezer? Too warm for my ice cream, which met a tragic, melty end. Breakfast? Let’s just say if you’re a fan of carbs and grease, this is your culinary heaven. Personally, I’d recommend bringing a salad, or, I don’t know, a defibrillator. Oh, and doors? Apparently, slamming them is a competitive sport here. But let’s be fair. The room and the hotel were incredibly clean, spotless even. If cleanliness alone could make for a good stay, this place would be a winner. Unfortunately, I spent the entire time feeling a bit like I was in a strange sitcom where nothing quite goes right.

The staff was excellent...really helpful and always available when needed. They went the extra mile when I needed them to. Great job from you all! Will miss you guys.

Upon arrival, the person greeted us no problem, but there’s was no wifi . We found out from someone else . We only stayed one night but there’s no extra paper toilet in washroom

We were very pleased with the stay we had at Hotel Le Dauphin. The front desk staff was very helpful and we appreciated the wonderful offerings at the breakfast buffet. It was varied and delicious.

Heat and ac did not work. Hotel is far from restaurants. Good amenities.
