This is our 3rd. Stay to Bally using Hotels.com but it doesn’t show in my rewards. But their hotel is always clean and nice. Good job hotels.com on your pricing.

Room was good. Only one set of towels on arrival. only make the beds after 3 days. clientele this trip were very rowdy. PARKING IS TERRIBLE. There needs to be spaces reserved for guests staying over in a room. Too many parking spots absorbed by people just there for the casiono.

Our stay was very nice! It was my fiance & my first time staying there. Check in took about 40mins in line. Once we checked in

Hotel is showing it's age. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Can't beat the price. Staff is very good. For an evening of casino fun BALLY'S is fine.

After 3 hours driving to property arrived at front desk to find out in there system my reservation was Dec 18 not Nov 18
The 2 peeiple at front desk were incompetent to help in any way
It took 45 minutes on phone with expedia to fix it
Now im uncertain about using Hotels.com from now on

Very nice and clean room with a great view of track. Only concern was walk in shower floor was very slippery when wet and no bars to hold onto

Stayed at Ballys in Dover with family. Only complaint was checkin took around 30 minutes. The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel front desk staff was pleasant and efficient but the computers were down so we had to wait to check in. Only one restaurant on site was open out of the three and the prices were pretty high. The lobby was lovely. The casino was clean and smoke free but the table games were
mostly closed with only one roulette table open.

The hotel was okay, there was not a microwave anywhere in the hotel, it would have been nice to have at least one, you have leftovers and unable to heat them up. The beds in my room were wobbly, otherwise it was okay.

The toliet did not flush very well an the water had problems going down drain in the sink it seems like this hotel needs repair work.

Reasonably priced hotel with casino and entertainment. For travel it is a bit excessive. The parking lots are usually full and quite a walking distance with bags from the entrance. No breakfast is available. But the rooms are clean and the bathrooms spacious.

Had to wait over 30 min to get checked in. First room someone had smoked in and i was having a reaction to. When i switched rooms there was no cart or assistance. Wifi was horrible
