This was a last minute visit and everything was great-online reservation, very easy check-in, the room was excellent and very much enjoyed the casino. Will be visiting again soon.

The room needs microwave

Staff and room were very good. Room and casino were clean and well cared for. Only small negative condition was the hotel door, that made a loud scraping noise when opening. Housekeeping should have taken care of this problem.

Checked in fine. Only one elevator was functioning. No problem. Got stuff to rooms on 4th floor. Went to work a job and returned around 2:00 am and both elevators were out of service. After a 10 hour drive and then a 6 hour job, climbing 4 flights of stairs was a bit rough for the three of us. Fortunately they were able to bring down our baggage and coolers down the service elevator at 6:30 am.

I did enjoy my stay. However, I do feel there are some things that were missing. I have to have a microwave in the room to heat up my rice bag. It is a well-ness thing for me. Not having the rice bag doesn't make my stay very comfortable. An alternative is to take a bath before going to bed. However, that was not an option as there is no tub in the room. This may not be big things, but it is for me. As I have pain from a serious automobile accident. Sleeping with the rice bag eases my pain or a bath would too. I enjoyed your motel and the slots were great. However, I have to rate it only 4 stars. Thank you, Helene

All the staff from the front desk to guest services, restaurant staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time at a casino and everyone was happy to help us learn the ropes.

Reasonably priced hotel, good condition.

Perfect stay. Room was large, newly furnished and very clean. No wait checking in or out. The price was about $40 less than the Hampton Inn across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Not worth the money!!! Nothing extra, no breakfast included, staff wasn't friendly and it wasn't anything exceptional for the price. Will not be going back.

We enjoyed our night. Mom has a hard time walking. glad her room was close to the elevator. The casino was perfect for where she wanted to go

Showing some age with paint scuff marks in several aresa in the room we stayed in, HVAC was slow to cool then heat later in the evening. Towels and wash cloths are cheap paper tnin crap. Wouldn't qualify for disposable. Too bad had higher expectations for a place that costs so much. Checkin staff needs help as well.
