The hotel was convenient with many food options around. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very hospitable.

I reserved the room through Hotels.com and the lady at the front counter took my credit card saying it was for incendentals, but actually charged me full price for the room. Now I have to deal with with trying to get a refund from the hotel.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Room was ready early and with the 4 nights everything went smoothly. Room clean and customer service was top notch. We will be staying there again.

It was ok the bed was way too firm. And the breakfast was just ok. The service personnel were hovering around the food at 8:45 and I was told when I checked in that breakfast was served until 10:00. But they only served breakfast until 9:00 am

the room was great and comfy. the fridge froze everything and i saw no temp control settings, and the a/c ran warm and never changed temperature when we changed it. I mentioned it to front desk for them to have someone look at it. otherwise, ALL was great. good breakfast in the morning too.

The mattresses were terrible! Most of the springs are sprung/broken. Noisy and flat.

Customer service was terrible, hotel had roaches, bedbugs etc. couldn’t sleep there. Slept at a different hotel. Will not encourage anyone to ever go there.

if your looking for a nice hot shower and great water pressure.... this is NOT your hotel. Also, the thermostat in the room is SO bright that i tried covering it with post it notes and a wash cloth just to get the room dark because there no dimmer option.

Our stay was excellent. The breakfast very good. Very attentive staff. However, the pool was in full view of the breakfast area. The pool looked nasty.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful arrangements of the room. We had a king bed plus a separate area for working. The rpice was very reasonable. All the amenities were provided and easy to use. Breakfast was a full meal. All of the staff were helpful and even had copies of menus for local restaurants. We would stop here again.

There was an elevator not working, the bathroom needs to be kept in better condition and one of the beds felt as if it was broken!
There were no tea or toiletries left in the room.

Very nice hotel our air condition made really loud sound every time the fan will come on, but we were only there for two nights so we just made do and told the front desk about it when we checked out.
