The room was clean, but dirty dishes were left out of other rooms for days. It was gross. Also, when checking in, we were told the hours of breakfast, but no one told us that we had to pay for it. And it wasn’t worth the price.

The property was dingy and the cleanliness was poor. We paid extra for the club level which was mediocre. The service at club level was not attentive to cleanliness or restocking and was given attitude when asking for silverware.

There was a lot of noise throughout the night. Doors slamming all night, long, etc. Also, there was very low water pressure in the shower. Could barely take a shower.

The phone in the room did not work. The bathroom door was busted so it only closed if you held it just right while closing it. The bathroom did not have a working fan. The lights above the bed did not work. We reserved a king room but they were overbooked so they made us change to a double Queen.

When we checked in, the beds had hair on it, as if the sheets had not been changed. One of the cleaning staff was talking on the phone very loud in the other room, opposite ours, while she was cleaning the room. It seemed very unprofessional. We had to call the front desk and ask for new sheets to be put on the bed.

It was a great relaxed enjoyable stay i had at the Sheraton for my husband birthday. Breakfast was great as well as staff. Bed comfortable and area was also good for stopping and getting food .
