Bedding was clean, there was obvious stains all over the carpets, there was some stains on the inner curtains, the shower didn’t look like it was cleaned, the phone was sticky, the ac doesn’t work that great but still blows cold air.
The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all.

We are from out of town, we come to visit family always stay here. It’s close for our needs.Owner has always been so nice.
Rooms due need a bit of upgrade, but everything was clean and beds comfortable.

The rooms are crap bugs start coming out like if u skip on cleaning day the maids don't want to do a thing I can see why there is two cars in the parking lot the owner is a monster he thinks he can charge 120 for nothing

This is always a peaceful and most comfortable space stay you can have. The owners are very professional and have the best customer service. Will be back soon.

The rooms were nice and it's so quiet here the maids are delicate when dealing with u and this is perfect for long term stay for work . The location is prime if u are using company car the grocery store is a twenty min walk

I liked the idea that it was close to St. Mary's hospital since it was our first time there. But it definitely needed an upgrade on carpet, drapes and bedspread. Also, there were stains on bathroom floor that only the imagination could try to figure out.

Owner was very nice, easy to deal with. Room was decent and clean, and QUIET, unlike some other small hotels I have stayed at in the past.
Also, was fairly close to the Lucerne Valley Dry Lake Bed for the three day rocket launch I was attending.
Reasonable rates also...will definitely stay again in the future!

A little pricey for what you get. Room was clean, nothing was broken, but it's Apple Valley, not LA.
