We stayed before an were not as happy as previous. Upon check-in we asked if we can change from a studio to 1 bedroom. The desk attendant did not even check and just responded "nothing available". About an hour later when I was sitting in lounge area I heard her complain to guests about Door Dash on how it is "not her job" to help guests get their orders (even though poster in elevator advertises partnership with door dash). Our room had a bleach smell when we arrived but when that wore off it became a musty smell. Was not horrible but not as good as our stay last year.

4 day trip they had no WiFi as promised. Every day kept making up excuses why it didn’t work. Also was told they fix the unusable dresser and never did. We paid for it and should of received it. Not you typical hotel by Marriott.

Ordered room weeks ago and I was suppose to have handicap rooms and did not. I have a slip disk in my back,knee replacement and in need of bone on bone hip surgery. Moving around room 210 was very difficult for me had to cut my trip a day short.No handicap bar near toilet and seat was to low, Husband had to put a chair in the bathroom so I could get up . Could not shower tub was to high for me to step in.

We were placed in a room next to two dogs that were left in the hotel room unattended and which barked non stop. We were eventually moved to a room where the previous guest had smoked in the room. The worst stay we have ever had.

We thought this was going to be an upscale
hotel stay. The beds were uncomfortable as were the couch and chairs in the room. It was actually a suite and for all that space, no where comfortable to sit. The power went out around 9p and did not come back on until 3:30a. No mention of it or apology made at checkout. I just thought that lacked a lot of consideration. We were only staying there because we lost our home during Helene.

It was so a spacious room for us as 3 good size ppl. The staff was very helpful & very courteous. It was dog friendly & they worked with us for a late check out!

It is a very nice Hotel. My family enjoyed their stay. The only thing that had us was that the chair in our room was dirty. It needed steam cleaning.

The bad odor that hit me as soon as I entered my room was shocking . I stayed here last year and remember it to be fine . I went to front desk and was given another room. This one was ok . I will not stay here again .

Check in was so easy and all the staff was so friendly. The room was clean and we were even granted a late check out. We will be back again when staying in the area.

Great place but need to up the cleaning. The pool bathroom never got cleaned while i was there for 4 nights and never did the workout room…a litttle gross
