Very comfortable room and great view of water. Gym was clean, had nice variety of new equipment, though no weights or windows. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice area with short, easy, scenic/interesting walks for my elderly parents, with great food nearby

Gym was outdated , some equipment down and some rusty, the shops were closed mostly and was so dead. Literally nothing to do at the property or walking distance . Booked a spontaneous getaway without planning much but was disappointed at my poor planning bc the location was a fail.

Oceans is an outstanding hotel in every way. It is on the water, great views, fabulous rooms and high end amenities. Their spa is world-class. Many excellent restaurants are in the area.
