A hair dryer in the room would have been appreciated. I enjoyed the landscaping, and colorful flowers, wildlife and proximity to the park and hiking trails.

Neat place to stay. We had 6 people and had a 2 bedroom unit. It was perfect size.
Downside was the downstairs bathroom did not have a door that closed. There was something wrong with the top hinge. There was also alot of dog or cat fur on the floor. Our socks were covered. We had to sweep. This is a non-pet place I thought but it was a messy with pet hair so someone before us had a pet in there.
The patio was nice we used the grill.
Nice kitchen area. Beds were super comfortable which is better than an hotel!
Overall would recommend this place. Would recommend the cleaning people vacuum between guests. Even the hard floors/stairs.

It was amazing!! We plan to come back for the fourth each year, we had a lot of fun being right next to trout streams. Great location and comfortable, affordable place to stay :)

Great place! It felt very new. I was able to bring my dogs with me as well, which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Loved our private patio with deer and other wildlife visitors. Nice people who own/ run this project. We will definitely return. Great addition to Decorah. Well done. Oh, I forgot to mention, very Bicycle friendly. Love, Love,Love

Fantastic property, very quiet, the neighbors were loud outside and I didn’t hear them at all while inside. I do wish there had been more patio seating. I’m not sure how many it was meant to have as I’m certain the neighbors took several but I suspect there were only a couple chairs at the small table to begin with.

It’s going to look awesome once the landscaping is finished. Free standing buildings with lighted walkways at night. Rooms are very generous size and have patios, nice touch. Only downside was no hair dryer everything else was great!

I loved the location. I like to walk and it was an easy walk up to Phelps Park. Easy to get to downtown. Fun place to stay while you are in Decorah.

The unit was not very clean. The floor was sticky and was dirty. There was glass on the floor in the bathroom that i found with my barefoot. There was hair all over the shower. The drawers in the bathroom were full of hair and were dirty. The property is nice and the beds were super comfortable. You can tell they're brand new and there are some flaws in their construction yet (nails sticking half way out of the baseboards, the wood isn't finished and are rough, could cause an injury). Nice place but prices are quite high!

Room was all white, no pictures very cold and steril environment. Will not stay there again. The code to the room was to be the last 4 digits of my phone # and it was changed last minute. Mixed messages on WiFi code. There was no person ever available at the office.
