The TV cut out…reception was bad. No clean coffee mugs. Used dirty coffee mugs were in the dishwasher, but there were no cleans ones anywhere.

When I booked my stay it was for a handicap room. When arriving to the hotel. The front desk stated there wasent a handicap room to reserve. Totally unacceptable. And I couldn’t do anything about it

We booked 2 king rooms and upon checking in, we were given 1 king room and 2 queens in the other room. When asked, the front desk clerk said it was changed the day prior by them. We got no notification and they would not give us the room we had booked. She stated that I would need to stop down the next morning to speak with the manager. I stopped to speak with her and she would not come out from her office. I gave them my phone number so I could speak with her and as of 3 days later, I still have not received a call. I was told by the clerk in the morning that if a room is booked through a third party, that room can be changed at their discretion to give to someone booking directly. Some small things were there was no ice bucket in the room and only 1 fork. The staff are not polite if you don't book directly through them.

It was fine. Breakfast was a nice perk but it wasn’t the healthiest or highest quality, but excellent for the price (free…included with room). The property was fine. Didn’t blow us away but served it’s purpose well.

Not working : hot tub , washer dryers , air conditioning gym , tv , and trash in garbage bins for days over flowing in front of entrance , The staff at this business was outstanding the homewood suites owes them much especially with what they have to contend with . Hotel needs much needed repair and maintenance

Weve been to this hotel a few times. This particular stay was unfortunately not so great. Elevator was out of order. Light is the room was missing and wires exposed. Ceiling fan made a terrible screaching sound. There was no back on the remote control so the batteries woukdnt stay in and the bed was very uncomfortable, which is not what weve experienced in the past. Typically the bed is decent for a hotel.

Took my daughter for a mom and me night to the hotel. It was horrible. There was a dirty sock and dog poo under the bed in the first room they tried to put us in. Then when we went to the pool the hot tub was broken. Just an absolute disaster. Never coming back.

When we arrived at 10PM, the hotel and surrounding buildings were in the midst of a power outage. The hotel had emergency lighting and some portions of the hotel had normal lighting. We were traveling with our dog and had few options. The room we were assigned had some power and we decided to stay. The power came on during the night. The front desk staff were as helpful as they could be given the available options. We were offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience of dark hallways and no elevator service. It should be noted that this problem was outside of the control of the hotel staff. Breakfast in the morning was above average.
