We enjoyed the location. Close to civic and the Murrumbateman wineries. The reception staff weren’t as friendly or efficient as I expected. Although check in was 3pm our apartment wasn’t ready until 3.30pm. No apology was forthcoming. I’d booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. What we got was a 1 bedroom apartment with a motel room adjacent. I’d also requested for the sofa bed to be made available. The sofa was set up but it made the room even more cramped and difficult to move around. And all the furniture was just shoved around the room randomly. We were there for 3 nights and we only had the room made up once. There was no cafe in the hotel that was open or had staff during our stay. Having said that, we had a ball in Canberra. We will come back for the October long weekend next year.

Asked for our room to be made up and although wet towels were replaced the bed wasn’t made. Not clear when booking that parking in the hotels carpark is an extra $15/night. Never been charged by any other Canberra hotel for parking, a bit unnecessary as there is heaps of room in their own basement garage.

Centrally located for weekend stays, Nice staff very helpful, clean rooms.We were 5 quests and the twin room arrangement work out very well

The shower pressure was terrible. After a long drive, it was the first thing I wanted and was bitterly disappointed by the poor trickle from the water pressure. The area was very noisy, with nearby traffic very loud and could be heard from the room. No facilities to get food close by. Cafe closed when we arrived.

We had a very enjoyable stay except for one aspect. Bedding was inadequate- we were freezing in first night & there really should have been a heavier quilt/Fiona to suit very cold night. We were provided with an additional blanket for our second night’s stay which was a bit warmer.

Our Apartment COULD have been cleaner - toilet, mold in shower, food on kitchen cupboard, furniture needed to be clean in upholstery or replaced. Desk staff were great and faultless. Close to Dickson restaurants which was great. I would stay again but probably better around for a few more dollars.

Great location for access to restaurants and sporting facilities. Good value. Will return!

It would have been great except for you have to pay for parking, the carpet seems old and dirty, none of the Tv worked or at least it was hard to figure out to get access. There's no one at the cafe and it's the receptionist who also serves the cafe.

We had a few minor issues such as a problem with the room lock initially prevented entry (flat battery) and also found it difficult to operate appliances (microwave and cooktop in particular) with seemingly no instructions (maybe hidden somewhere in room, but we consulted Google). Modern and characterless design but overall pleasant stay.

Hotel is consistent with its offerings. Great location, close to CBD, Rooms are clean and well appointed, my only issue that we stayed for five nights, and housekeeping only done on the fourth day - the day before we checked out. Also Disabled parking is not respected by guests.

Convenient to other family members llving in Canberra. Amenities supplied were first rate. Although there was no dining facility it was only a very short walk (20 mtrs) to the Atrium next door. Will definitely stay there again and would gladly recommend the Adina to anyone looking for a serviced apartment stay.
