Rooms were dirty and you could tell they don’t get properly cleaned after check out, they will take towels but won’t leave new ones, some towels were dirty, my toilet had not been cleaned and had urine and feces on it, they did not refill my coffee cups or coffee and supplies and even asking front desk to please stock those items it was not done 5 hrs later. I had to go back to front desk again and ask for towels and was then told to wait in the lobby for nearly 20 mins instead of them being delivered to my room. Breakfast is horrible and you are better off eating at the breakfast place a few blocks away. I can’t recall the last time I’ve had service this bad and a room this dirty considering how much they charge a night! Safe your money and stay elsewhere. Staff was rude, told me I can’t take the elevator since only one works and they need it for cleaning and was told i had to take the stairs. I do not recommend this place!

Tub in bathroom was very slow to drain, was standing in water entire shower. Took another 15min to drain.

DEFINITELY WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $50 FROM WHAT WAS THE ORIGINAL RATE! THE GENTLEMAN THAT HAD THE ACCENT TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA UPON ARRIVAL AND I CAUGHT HIM IN MID SENTENCE! YET HE STILL DID IT AND I CAN SEE IT ON MY BANK STATEMENT

I thought this hotel would be better based on the reviews. However, it is dingy. As soon as we walked in the room smelled like mold. Thankfully the AC helped the smell. There are no shelves in the shower for your care products. They have two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner to use. The parking is very limited but definitely not worth $40-just park on the street. I paid almost $400 to stay in this hotel for one night and I wouldn’t care if it was worth it but it definitely was not.

This was my first time in New York and I was so pleased with the facility. I enjoyed the rooftop deck every morning with my coffee. I will return! The only thing I wish the rooms had a microwave and safe. But it was very good! Staff was great!

Property is in a dimly lit area. There is not enough parking and might need to park on the street. Staff could not point out where additional parking was. In addition fees are not listed, I was charged $250 for incidentals. Never paid that much for one night.

Few parking spots onsite. All were full and the only help the guest services person could offer was to go out and find street parking. Website led us to believe there was another option. Not a fun surprise after driving for 7 hours.

Great place for a quick stay. Rooms were spacious!

I stayed at this location several times and enjoyed the cleanliness and the rooftop view and serenity. Had a hiccup with the last check in being told my cc did not go through for incidentals, however that was not true. The only complaint I have is the limited parking. So many sections blocked for construction workers making it difficult to find an area to park, however still paying a fee.

Was on a business trip, so all i really cared about was a bed and some time to sleep. The hotel and to have a lot than what was pertinent to me.

The staff is patient beyond reason and definitely make the stay with Fairfield the main attraction, beyond that the rooftop view is amazing and the rooms comfortable , breakfast is great as well and the LL cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also just the right distance from any and all attractions you may need. I recommend " Wang's" for the best wings around.
