Everything was very clean! Very well maintained. No complaints. One Eco observation: I tried to ask for another toothpaste and was given a full toothbrush plus toothpaste kit 😆

It was comfortable but the bed was not what I would consider a Queen size bed which is what we were expecting. Room was very small but comfortable and the bathroom was ample room and both were clean.

Great location near the subway. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. The neighborhood is lively and friendly and there a few restaurant/takeout places nearby. Will stay again!

Super clean & maid service every day. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, & kind. Quick walk to the A, C, & 1 subway station. Updated bath & furnishings, nice little snack station in the lobby (also super clean). Yes, the rooms are small-so is the hotel- it’s New York, people!

My room was on the 11th floor and I did not hear any of the usual NYC noise. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here the next time I visit NYC.

The hotel is a fairly new business and it was a very clean establishment. The front desk personnel was very mannerable and helpful to all.of our questions. Would recommend and stay again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The supplies (e.g. soaps) were not consistently replenished, but a quick phone call to the front desk solved that problem. Overall, I would say that the hotel was excellent value for the money and we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was convenient for an overnight stay due to a long airport layover. Plenty to eat or drink nearby, and Uber-friendly. The staff was friendly and professional and full of good recommendations. The room was small, but that's expected in this area of New York City. Clean and cozy.
