The lady working the front desk needs training in customer service. Because of her nasty disposition, I will not be returning to this hotel.

All rooms have the pier view and plenty of morning sun which is wonderful. Room was clean and beds very comfortable.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Overall staff was excellent, food service staff, maintenance and cleaning service was the best I’ve seen. Great smiles every day and helpful. Front desk could use some work on conversation with guest, learn from the staff. Check in was the issue, room not as booked so they did eventually move us up to the balcony floors but didn’t have king beds as we had paid for. Other than that a good experience. Good location.

Good hotel. Breakfast is ok. I really dont get why a hotel such as thos in 2024 still uses dosposable cups, silverware and plates for breakfast. Come on.....

Very nice place overall. This is a little bit older property, but it’s clean, updated and maintained very well. The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. A shout out to Michelle, Brady and Rachel who gave us excellent service and were a pleasure to speak with. We woulda’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Location but the room...outdated, bathroom so small hard to navigate to use... musty smell...big tree in front of balcony blocked view. View however described was really commercial of the port across the street.
If 2 star with minimum standards Ok with you fine, but we were disappointed. Decent breakfast with nice outdoor sitting area.
