Front desk lady was rude. Could never get a hold of them when needed. Nice place but they need to evaluate there employees. Tried calling to cancel my last night and after calling 5 times never did get anyone to answer a phone.

The Watford Hotel was clean. The breakfast had very good options. However, slept poorly as the bed was ultra firm. Our adult son stayed with us for one night, and stated he didnt sleep well in his bed either. Bed was too hard.

Stayed 2 nights here and unfortunately would never return. Room was right above the front desk and both nights, in the middle of the night, there was very loud banging and cart type noises for a couple hours which kept us awake. Front desk staff great! Parking for truck and trailer terrible. Funny strong smell gave headache. Floor dirty with dust built up between bed and night stand. Paint chipped. Rust and mildew in tub area

THIS IS A NEWER HOTEL. IT IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. BACON, EGGS, BISQUITS AND GRAVY, PANCAKES, WAFFLES, AND ALL THE REGULAR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST ITEMS. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Room was beautiful and clean with a great bed . But no hot water always just cool . The Bar that was advertised on the property wasn’t even open . Upon check inn front start less then nice . Continental breakfast very basic . Very limited on places to eat , most close down early or closed on Sundays . We could hardly find a place to eat at all on Sunday !!

Tried to check in for 10 minutes. Followed their “lift phone” directions 4x and no one showed up. Finally went through “EmployeesOnly” door and found someone. She yelled at us - raised her voice - and told us to get out of her space. When we tried to explain that we had tried the phone procedure she said we just should have waited, we had no business looking for an employee. Nice enough hotel, terrible impression. Would look elsewhere next time.
