Spend your day on the slopes, and return to Mountaineer Lodge to take a dip in a spa tub and relax in a steam room.

Room was updated and clean. Service was great at the front desk. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Bring your own pillows and I would skip the free breakfast but otherwise it was enjoyable.

The room was clean and new. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The free shuttle from the hotel to the ski resort. Overall, we loved our stay.

Our stay was fine, no elevator was an issue but we had help from hotel staff to carry bags up. Didn’t know that the hotel comprised of two separate buildings. The included breakfast set us up for the entire day.

Nice rooms, simple but clean and bed/bedding quite comfortable. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of items. I’d stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located where food/eatery/gas are just nearby/walkable. Staffs were very friendly. Room was clean & spacious. We were at level 2, no lift but okay to carry up our bags. We love the breakfast, simple yet delicious; daily options vary from sausages, bacon, waffles DIY, hash browns they were cooked so well, one of the best ^^ at the reception area too they provided coffee, tea, apples & cookies (love em’ so much!). Overall pleased with the stay, will definitely come back to visit again. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for a walk to Lake Louise - about a 3km walk with an incline, so not suitable for everyone to walk. Accommodation was comfortable, would help if there were proper china cups instead of paper cups.

Checked in before 3..room was ready. Staff very polite and helpful. Olya at front desk is really helpful with tour and restaurant selection.

We really enjoyed the spacious room which served as a great base camp for the many adventures that lake Louise has to offer. The included breakfast was more than adequate and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff at reception very friendly and efficient and offered valuable suggestions about where to eat and what to do. Also, breakfast was ample and good. Room was very clean and spacious. We'll happily stay there again.

We loved the stay here, it close to everything. There is a shopping complex across the road. The tour buses to lake Louise and lake moraine also stop in the hotel or the shopping complex across the road. The rooms were updated and spacious, the bathrooms were clean.

Great little lodge. Helpful staff. Room was nice and clean. Parking wasn’t full, even with the hotel fully booked. Easy to walk to visitor center and restaurants. Breakfast room was dated and overly warm
