Jacuzzi room jacuzzi jets have brown thick condensation that builds around it as your letting the jets run after the tub is filled after about 5-7 minutes with bubble bath in I notice this thick brown residue around the tub and on top of the bubbles that accumulated while the jets were on. So I went ahead and cleaned the tub out and let the jets run and good 30 minutes the residue grew thicker the longer the jets ran. We tried using the phone in the room it did not work no dial tone even after we plugged the phone in. We then called via cell and no answer. It was after 8pm on 11/27/24 before thanksgiving and I understood that which is why I cleaned it again after we couldn’t reach anyone. We went to the lobby where we were not greeted even after ringing the bell they have for service. I knew it was going to go downhill from here. After waking the next day we went to the lobby a younger new face employee was helping others check in so after we spoke with him told him the problem he phones someone and comes into the room turns the knob while the tub still had the dirty water in it! And says it’s fine I said I’ll empty the tub to show him they said no need they would do it they never did and moved me into another jacuzzi that did not even turn on. The younger guy said to come Monday for refund we get there greeted with silence I spoke and said my name and what I was there for he said let him see the videos and upon seeing it says we are liars scammers and the video was fake!

Actually this hotel surprise me because it was a good price, no parking fee, clean and friendly staff. I’d definitely recommended. The beds were comfortable too and the fact that they have big refill bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel with quality was amazing. 😀

From the outside, this place looks like a regular motel. When you get inside, the rooms are surprisingly clean and spacious. Bathroom was super clean and has all amenities. Beds are very comfortable and the linen were so inviting. If this location is convenient for your purpose, this is a surprisingly good accommodation in its class.

There were little bugs crawling throughout the room literally. Some of the sheets and towels were stained. The jacuzzi tub had dirt in it and was kind of wet when we entered the room. This was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt inside of a hotel room bc it just felt dirty. I would not come back.

I was question by staff member when checking out about a previous bad review i had written from another stay. And was implied by staff, of why did i choose to stay at this hotel again if i had left a bad review.

Everything the property offers is above Superb. I recommend booking directly with property and not through thid app. Expedia canceled my booking without warning nor reason.

This is the nicest Inn I’ve ever seen.
The rooms are amazing. I walked in and was so surprised on how nice it looked! They have an ac which is somewhat loud but you’ll definitely be able to sleep through it(it actually works!) The room provides: a TV, microwave, coffee maker and a mini fridge! The bed is comfortable, queen sized. Now, the bathrooms… nicest bathrooms ever. Our bathroom had a light up mirror, the toilet was very clean(no stains or streaks) and the shower was super clean as well. I will say that the shower head and the handles in the bathroom need some polishing but besides that, the bathroom is 10/10. The bathroom provides: hand towels, bathing towels, face & body soap bar and lotion. The shower has wall pumps that has shampoo, conditioner and body gel. They provide another face & body bar and a shower cap!
As for staff, I haven’t really spoken to anyone another than the person that checked us in. He was very kind and our check in was super fast.
In short, I highly recommend this spot. It’s not only nice but very clean. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future!
