Very nice hotel in a lovely setting. It's in transition. A new owner just bought it. There are some things that are a little shop worn, but I expect they'll be spiffed up in the next year. Overall, a great experience!

The room was spacious and clean. The service was gracious. The view was spectacular. The problem that was encountered was my inability to turn up the heat and due to renovations the fireplace was not working. The grounds were lovely.

The room was clean, everyting was almost perfect. But the hotel was far to be full. So, low attendance, no problems, no noise
I was just looking for a bigger room/bigger bed. For the price. Honestly, thought it will be .. bigger.

Central and beautiful location, staff are friendly and efficient, Rooms are nice.

Nice location by the lake, nice to have hot tubs and a swimming pool in the garden. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, they might as well not have been there. Room was pretty modern but very tight so there was no space to put bags and other things.

Clean, nice suite. Balcony railings need replacing. Someone leans on the one we were in and they may fall to the ground.

The spas and pool needed a little bit more cleaning, but all facilities were in good conditions to enjoy the stay

I stayed 2 nights with my children, room was OK even if it’s tiny and not up to date but bathroom really needs work.
Outdoor areas are really nice and mini spa as well. Breakfast was bad and with just few options and the first morning they were short of croissants and they didn’t have any other bread or something. No other options for lunch or dinner, you need to go to the town to find something to eat and everything close early.

Did not stay. Checked in but left at 10pm. for personal reason. Bar and restaurant were closed during this peak vacation period!

In my opinion it's a bit overpriced for what it offers. The "included" breakfast is not even continental, does not have toasts just small pastries and some fruits. I would not recommend it... would not go back.
