Customer service was very good, welcomed with a smile and checked in fast. My only conplaint is the cleaning crew should definitely clean the inside of the shower doors as they were very dirty.

From the welcoming first impression at check-in to the very clean and comfortable accommodations to the very convenient location off I-70 at the Cambridge, OH exit and in close proximity to restaurants and other services, we had an enjoyable stay at this Best Western property. And we will return when passing through the area again.

Great, we stayed an extra night. On the wish list is more shampoo/conditioner, clean under the beds, and a fan in the bathroom would be wonderful if possible.

Property is nice. Located in a convenient place, walking distance to cracker barrel and another restaurant. Breakfast area kept clean; minimal choices, but sufficient, although the bananas could have been fresher (Had those small nats flying around them).
The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Seemed clean, but looking closer I found the toilet inner rim was dirty. I found a tiny earring behind the sink faucet camouflaged with the countertop (also indicating to me the cleaning was not thorough).
The room smelled clean, AC was working well. I would go again since the thouroghness of cleaning could just be 1 persons mistake, not necessarily the hotels.

We came in late and our sheets were damp. Like they didn't fully get dried. We had to switch rooms when we got there because the computer room selector gave us a room with someone in it.

We had to go to over that way and it was clean and nice just the pool kept closing at weird times and no one would give us a straight answer but overall for the price we paid the stay was very comfortable. And we had so many restaurants and stores around us it was convenient.

First time here, normally stay at the Microtell across the street. This place was $2 Cheaper and it is likely we will continue to stay here rather than our previous favorite. For the price, the place is an excellent choice.

Water was not hot.my room had a joining room and the door between the rooms on my side had busted locked and hole where the lock use to be so I didn’t feel safe
