This hotel is absolutely AMAZING. It is beautifully decorated, the beach is stunning and the staff is nice, attentive and kind.
Every detail makes you feel relaxed and in paradise.

Only dislike is the extreme markup on dining, drinks and their attempt to put a 3-month hold on visa bank card charges. Was told they prefer credit card vs visa bank card. But interestingly this was not captured in ANY fine print. Not sure who would want a hold on their funds for several months. Very silly.

Beautiful property and beach access is amazing. Front desk staff used to be more pleasant and engaging. All other staff members were absolutely lovely and fun to interact with.
Worse part of entire time at The Shore club was the taxi drivers definitely taking advantage of guest. A shuttle is available but we were not made aware of the shuttle service till our second day by then we were a little bit frustrated with not being told and the excessive fees for a 5-10 minute travels .. We eventually rented a vehicle and that made the rest of the trip so easy and amazing to get around the island. We were able to come and go whenever we wanted to without ridiculous cab fares.
This was my 2nd stay would definitely go back.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and great food options on the resort.
Rooms are great as well. The hotel is not walking distance to anything however the hotel provides a free shuttle downtown every hour which was convenient.
We will definitely be back to the Shore Club.

This place has the wow factor. It’s a gorgeous property with great amenities and top-notch staff. The nicest people!!!!

Room was plush with nice amenities although we were disappointed they never fixed our mini fridge after calling a few times. We were told it wasn’t intended to keep things cold?? Everything was warm, not chilled at all. Low water pressure in shower and running toilet needed fixing.

Shore club was an excellent choice for our family. Nothing but luxury all around. Service excellent, food delicious. Would definitely come back in a heart beat.
