Unbelievable!! What a luxurious place. The room had so many small details to make you comfortable! It was perfect….ready to move in!

On a family trip to see USCG graduation. Hotel is gorgeous. Clean and very well maintained. Staff is so pleasant. Highly recommend.

We vacation here every summer. The facility is well kept and great for family reunions.

We paid just under $500 for one night in a queen studio. We got there late evening with the plan to have dinner and drinks onsight. Online hours showed we had over an hour before closing, but they told us they were closed. We went back to our room and called to see if room service was an option. They indicated we should be able to order with the restaurant for takeout and transferred us. The restaurant answered and said they were closed. It seemed there was a wedding the same night as other areas of the property were busy, but the service was disappointing. The hotel is not near other restaurants either. We went to order coffee downstairs the next morning and it was poorly made and received after waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Our hotel booking supposedly came with a champagne welcome which we never saw. Our $50 resort fee in addition to the room cost left much to be desired overall. Not a great option if you're looking for morning or evening service. Hopefully they're better for the people enjoying pool service midday.

Icona avalon is great. The service and hotel are top notch, clean friendly and accomodating. Escpecially Pasquale who greeted me every morning with my coffee and a smile

Great relaxing time

Property was very nice and clean, the staff was courteous and the check-in process was smooth. We stayed in a room that was right above the air and heat compressor and the room noise was very loud. I spoke to the front desk, but there was little to be done.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff good restaurants

The bathroom sink did not hold water since the stopper handle in the closed (upright) position hit the mirror frame.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! Loved everything about the property, the staff and the service. Beautiful hotel, rooms were comfortable and had everything you could need to enjoy a few days of peace on the water! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property! Love the ambience and the fresh look. The mini kitchen is more than adequate. The bathroom is so chic but the pocket door is so sticky. We mentioned to the front desk upon check out and she happily took note. I am sure they will fix it. The bed, pillow and duvet are soooooo comfortable. We had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room. So sweet. Pasquale was so informative and welcoming. Icona pub was just what we needed after a long day of travel and food is fantastic. Beach is clean and beautiful. We recommend this property and sure to go back to Icona.

Everything was top rate. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was excellent, bar tender at the pub was very personable, maid made our room fabulous each day.
