An excellent inexpensive, clean, and comfortable room. Everything worked as it should. Morning breakfast was simple and very good. Bed was actually the size advertised instead of the somewhat smaller beds that many other properties provide. A view that is simply fabulous!

Peaceful location in the Columbia Gorge removed from the typical Hood River (20 miles west) touristy cost premiums. Close proximity to wineries. Enjoyed The Dalles and what it has to offer… don’t miss the Sunshine Mill winery - incredible historic venue close by with mind-blowing 1900’s engineering crossed with incredibly creative and comfortable antique decor.

Great place. A bit interesting to get to, but SO worth it! Great view, clean, decent breakfast, awesome staff and a glass of wine at check in. Older motel, but in great shape. We'll for sure stay again!

We had a very nice stay at the Celilo Inn. The room was clean, there were excellent views, and we were close to some really great restaurants. The front desk staff was friendly as well.

We will be back on our next trip to the area. Close to Hood River, great little town with an amazing car/ air museum. Oh, and Luna the cat...what a sweetie

The Inn is up the mountainside with an amaaing view of The Dalles Dam and the Columbia River, as far as you can see in both directions! The King-bed room had a table and two chairs, and sufficient outlets for two CPAPs and electronics. Parking is right outside your door! Breakfast includes a variety of hot and cold items.

Thought it would be a charming, old hotel. It was just old. Unless you read very carefully you thought you were getting a room with a window to the River, as all the pictures indicated. Instead we got a room in the back building with upstairs windows covered with plastic. Lobby and general patio were nice.

Fantastic stay every time we stay. Only negative on this stay was my wife was walking out dog on hillside between motel and houses and a dog came out of a house and attacked our dog. She was bit on her cheek. The owner apologized

My husband and I were just passing through on our way home from our road trip vacation. This place is a little gem. It is a nice view of the damn. The beds were really comfortable. We got the tail end of breakfast, but what was left over was yummy. It was clean and the room was a good size. In our room there was only a shower no bathtub, but we did not need a bathtub so the shower was more than adequate. We had our two dogs and they could have a better designed dog area but it is sufficient. If you like to use DoorDash there are good options and they were quick.

Friendly front desk staff. Property was convenient for overnight stay on our way from CA to WA. Room was comfortable. We grabbed a quick breakfast and they had Stumptown coffee! I grabbed two bottles of wine with their brand on the label, was from a local winery. It was an enjoyable overnight stay. We will stay there again on our next roadtrip.

This hotel is one story over several buildings. The quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in for noise from nearby rooms. The highway down the hill is a bit noisy though.

The Celilio Inn is a very nice hotel. Its is super clean and the bed in our room is very comfortable. There are not a lot of hotel options in the area, in my opinion this is a great option
