Such a cute place in the PERFECT location! The staff was incredible, the views were spectacular, and the rooms were some of the cleanest and most updated I’ve ever been in!

The hotel was gross. I’m pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned before they gave it to me. Floors were disgusting to the point it turned my feet black. The toilet was filthy and shower was barely big enough to get in and wash my hair. I wouldn’t ever go back.

Overall this is a nice well appointed hotel and property. The room was very clean and was recently renovated. There are a few items that we'd like to see added. There is no shelf or storage area on the sink in the bathroom to hold your personal items. One other nice item to add would be 2 towel hooks as the towel rack is rather small. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and will look to book it again for a future trip.

This place is excellent to fish up and down the Outer Banks.
The price is really a plus, the rooms are clean, The beach is across the street and 2 good piers, one you could drive to in 30 seconds and the other a mile or so up the road.
Downtown Manteo is just a couple miles down the road, Oregon inlet 15 mins away if you want to drive on the beach and surf fish. And their are free piers all over the place. This trip I caught a couple Speckled Trout..

We had a 2 night Labor Day weekend stay here. We stayed on the ocean side. The room was extremely clean, I loved the keypad check in. It was newly renovated with exception of the bathroom. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable. Sheets were not cotton, but microfiber. If I had one complaint the lightbulbs are a cool tone like hospital light which is awful. There were not a lot of lighting options. Tv was great! The beach access is very steep, be advised if you are bringing grandma. Overall we would love to go back!!

A nice place that is local and near the pier. Easy walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and simple. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors with ease. The beds make a lot of noise as well with movement. However, if you are looking for a short stay at the beach that’s clean, has friendly staff, and near most attractions, this place is the place to stay.

Our little family really enjoyed our stay. The location was the best, simply walk right onto the beach! Also convenient beach walk to the fishing pier. Room was spacious, clean, cute and kitchenette was very nice to have. We would love to stay again and would recommend it to others planning a carefree getaway.

This is a nice, clean no frills property with easy walkable access to Jeanette’s Pier, Owens restaurant and many other businesses. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We had an excellent check in experience and felt enjoyed our stay.

We had a room with kitchen and with balcony with beach view. Room was brand new. All renovated and kitchen equipment all new. Everything very clean. Appreciated the beach right aside and the fact that it was not too crowdy. Personnel very kind and professional.

This location was perfect for our family beach weekend. We had multiple generations of our family come together and the oceanfront room was perfect for being able to gain easy access to the beach. The room was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

All rooms are pet friendly! Room was neat and clean. The walk-in shower had a massive showerhead and a handheld unit. There were dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room started with 5-stars but went to 4 stars: Water pressure was weak taking a shower. The bathroom was small. There was no hair dryer or ironing board. We didn't stay the full 5 days as I got sick (turns out I had the Flu). We checked out early, Hotel policy did not include refunds, or prorating for early out. Maybe I'll be able to enjoy the full vacation next year.

The first night I couldn't sleep because of the excessive noise of the air conditioner (it sounded like an MRI machine every 15 minutes and lasted 3 minutes), I told the management in the morning and moved to another room, but they didn't do anything to make up for the first night.

I loved that this was right on the beach nice to have for little ones you don't want to cross the street. Although my oldest was excited for the pool we were only able to use it for a day as it wasn't up to code. Everything else was great!

You could tell everything was brand new and updated. The staff was so welcoming. Only suggestion would be considering acoustic panels to absorb sound as you can hear the tvs from adjacent units.

Stayed in the apartment, it was definitely smelly, damp and needs some kind of dehumidifier. Not sure I’d call it renovated. Seems like just had a coat of paint slapped on it.
