AC is being managed by the employees, means you can't change temperature. You have to call the front desk and someone will do it for you.

As this hotel has a casino, there is no designed parking for hotel guests. I had to park almost a block from the hotel

The room temperature was very cold 60, we asked to have them adjust it and they told us they can only turn down the fan due to humidity. The windows were leaking, we woke up and we had 1/2 water in the room.
We believe the temperature was cold to mask the smell of the water in the ceiling and carpet. The Hotel was very noisy. We believe they recycled the leftover food and served it again for breakfast.
House keeping started at 0630 waking us up that early using the vacuum.

The hotel and its employees were great. The issue I had was the temp of the room was at 18C/64F. I called and no one came to change it. I went downstairs to the front desk and I person came. He indicated to me that the highest he can program the room temp was 20C/68F. I told him this was still to cold. He told me that he could not raise it more due to rules because then issues would arise of condensation. This situation made my night very uncomfortable. That is too cold, 68F/20C for me. I will no return with these types of rules on regulating the room temperature of my room which I pay to have a pleasant night of sleep at a room temperature that I decide.

Staff are very nice and the place is great! Was my second time there and I want to repeat it!

The property and the rooms are clean. The property needs an update in some areas. The air conditioner is freezing and temperature can't be modified.Also the noise from others rooms can be heard from room to room. We requested a comforter and was delivered promptly. The food at Hard Rock Cafe is really good. At the pools there is no control. Anyone can enter and use these facilities.

Great location! Front desk and breakfast bar personnel were very helpful. If you like shopping you are close to Plaza del Caribe Mall. Room was clean and comfortable. Various eating options, including a roof bar. We visited the casino but didn’t get to use the pool. Overall, outstanding service and facilities.

Poor service. Freezing cold, we could not control the A/C. Toilet clogged. Only stayed one night and checked out early. And now fighting for my refund.

The room was very spacious, however the temperature in the room was set very cold at 62 degrees with no way to control the temperature. The management's solution was to give us additional blankets. The TV in the room is only a monitor, there are no channels included, you have to use your accounts to watch any shows. The area to hang clothes is 8 ft high, so unless you are over 6'2" you can't hang anything. The ice machines were not working, the restaurant was nice to offer ice. Overall, the hotel looked like is under renovations, but there was no mention of these challenges when we booked. I booked the penthouse expecting a better room, but the expense was not worth it. The hotel should disclose its limitations at booking time.

My wife and I enjoy staying at Aloft at least 2-3 times a month, our business schedule is so hectic it’s a very nice place to relax and disconnect. The amenities and staff make the experience worthwhile!
