Food is more authentic in HM paraiso but pool, restaurant, pool bar, sand and beach front all closer together.

The property is really nice but the service and food were below our expectations after coming here from other locations like Tulum and Playa.

We had the seaview room with pool. All the bottoms ones had a pool. The view wasn't seaview, but it was the front of the property closest to ocean. This room was the most private which was nice for us since we didn't have kids. It was good for the days that we worked remotely as we had the nice relaxing view.

Requested a Ocean Front, But the room had no ocean view, WIFI never worked in the room, AC put inside a closet with doors, so half of the AC stays inside the closet. Service 0, Got no solution on my claims. Depressing place, For the price we paid, I think there are better options at a better price. The upper pool they had to remove a glass cause of the hurricane but they only put a precaution tape. Very unsafe. Depressing

The place isn’t bad, but it is not great. Room and showers need work. The mosquitoes could make it through the crack in the door and would get bit at night. Just our room don’t know about others. Just enough water pressure to come out of the shower head. Other than that food was good and the pools were nice.

The lobby staff was horrible. They nickel and dime you. No one knew the towel deposit. We got different amounts from two different employees. They also wanted to verify how I got my hotel stay price.

It is a nice place to relax and enjoy the beach, its just in front of sea, easy access to beach, nice rooms and clean.

Staff was amazing , weather was not great, but the staff was super helpful and accommodating to all the guest. We did do all inclusive and wheh we arrived we come to find out it is limited and there is a premium all inclusive which was not offered when we booked. Bit other then that the options of food and drinks was good.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was caring and attentive throughout. It’s not brand new and sort of impossible to keep perfectly clean given the weather and roads. They did a very good job of making it comfortable and welcoming.

Boutique property. Real feel for Mexico with art decor. Beach clean, service on beach good, beds available. Walkable to town centre. It would be good if management with rest of hotels nearby cleared seaweed away. Starts to smell when dumped together

Great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. Staff is friendly. We had the all inclusive option and the food was way better than expected. I Will definitely try to go back. Exactly what I wanted.
