Only problem is that we’re not staying longer! Just lovely property: charming Western motif, clean new renovations. Fire pit outdoors, large tv gathering pit in courtyard. Very friendly hosts; great made-to-order breakfast; bed super comfortable; fabulous shower.

We booked River Rock Inn based on the great reviews it received and we were not disappointed. It is a charming inn set in a revamped 50’s motor inn which the owners have lovingly decorated and furnished in Western Style. The reasonable room price includes a delicious homemade breakfast by the owners, and the couple offer up cheerful conversation and helpful advice about touring the national parks nearby. Don’t let the approach to the Inn put you off - the town sadly shows years of decline - because there are also a couple of thriving restaurants in town with good food and ambience. And an array of outdoor thrills and parks are a short drive away. We for sure will return to River Rock Inn, and we’d urge everyone to skip the generic big box hotels/motels in town for this gem of an experience.

Truly a great place to stay. The room was perfect with a communal fire pit right outside the door. The lobby is beautiful and the hosts are friendly. The breakfast is made to order and Greg knows how to cook! The nicest place we stayed while visiting Utah national parks.

This was a cute place. The owner made sure all of our needs were met and provided an excellent breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this Inn as a place to stay.

Stayed as a midway point; what a find! The room was spacious and remodeled to a very beautiful barn motif. Hugh walk-in shower, fluffy towels and ropes to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee prior to going to a “made to order” breakfast. Booked for our return trip

Breakfast was included, but instead of powdered eggs & mass-produced food, it was individually prepared by the chef/owner. The owners were super friendly and had a lot of advice about visiting the area (Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Moab). Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable, it was easy to get to, and everyone was super friendly. In the morning, you go into the dinning area and have a fresh breakfast that was just delicious. If I’m every in the area again, I will definitely be staying here.

A unique and very pleasant establishment. The room was a wonderfully warm and decorated quite a surprise for such a small establishment and a little town made this an experience a treat excellent breakfast freshly cooked excellent service walk-through to your room.

This property was a gem in an area without a lot of luster. The owners have created a pleasant private oasis with romantic lighting in an outdoor space. Rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was top notch! If going to explore some of utahs national parks this is a fabulous jumping off point! Highly recommend.

If you’re reading this, you are already contemplating staying in Green River. If that’s you, I can’t recommend the River Rock Inn highly enough! This family owned bed and breakfast is clearly a labor of love for the owners, long time hotel owners who picked up this place sight unseen and completely refurbished it over the ensuing decade or more. The attention to detail is fantastic! Each room is uniquely decorated and feels like a mini resort. The showers are beautiful! The decor in the rooms is similarly well done. Breakfast, prepared by the owner, Greg, is cooked to order and fantastic! We found this place by chance as we were looking for a place to stay between Denver and Las Vegas. Green River has seen better days I’m sad to say but this is a hotel we will definitely plan to stay in again!
