The location is fantastic (walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Historic Sibiu). The room was clean & organized, and we were able to communicate easily with the the ladies who manage it. We especially love Cristina... she is a gem & so helpful! Very sweet demeanor & cheerful. Wifi was strong, breakfast was absolutely delicious (we paid extra for breakfast), city map was provided to us, mini-bar in room was great. Thank you!

++ Staff: very friendly ++ Bed: was also nice, with clean sheets and firm mattress for a nice sleep. Room: was clean, bathroom nice and big (with shower cap and a vanity set available). There was an A/C unit in the room, but no remote. TV also available - haven't turned it on. An old style wardrobe present in the room, with single-use slippers (had my own, so I haven't used them). Location: appr. 500 meters from the old town center. Breakfast: is in the cellar, variety of food, coffee, tea, milk, juice... salami, eggs, yogurt... but see the negative remark as well!

--- BIG MINUS: if I leave a towel on the floor, it should be replaced with a fresh one, not picked up and placed on the hook! -- WiFi: very bad signal in the room, barely detectable, should be improved (only available near the door)! -- Breakfast: fresh bread should have been provided - there are a lot of bakeries nearby (instead, only toast and pre-cut bread from a bag was available)! Otherwise, breakfast was nice. o Room: bit smaller than imagined, strange green colored rugs on the floor. o Location: windows were facing the street, quite busy and loud at times,so it was a problem sleeping with open windows. o Communication: can be problematic at times, thank god for Google Translate ;)

It was quiet, the bed was big, comfortable (subjectively), it was very clean, the breakfast was good with many items to choose from. Beware that the breakfast can get crowded (it is a small room), so be there early.

The air conditioning was not clean... It was smelly and we could not use it. Keeping the window opened meant that, from time to time, a car passed by and disturbed us. The liquid soap for showers was not replenished and we had to use our own cleaning products.

Everything from the location to the rooms and the staff was amazing! The lovely ladies running Kant took very good care of us. We would definitely stay there again!
