With 3 separate sitting areas, guests will be able to enjoy their time together indoors as well as outdoors. Upon entering the house, guests will be greeted by the first sitting room complete as well as living room both complete with a full size pullout couch accommodating 4 additional guests.

Master Ensuite::
The King size master ensuite is complete is complete with room darkening shades that can be shut or kept open to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Dunlap. Guests will enjoy the expansive full size master bathroom complete with a large tiled walk-in shower, walk in closet, and a designated boudoir so the ladies in your group can get ready for a big night out at nearby Gruene Hall!

Additional Bedrooms::
Guests will enjoy the 2 additional full size bedrooms in the home. Guests staying in the lakeview bedroom will surely enjoy the unobstructed lake views from the comfort of their beds. The additional full bedroom also has 2 full size beds to add to the sleeping accommodates. Both bedrooms have large closets for the fashionistas in your group!

Additional Full Size Bathroom::
Guests staying in the full size bedrooms will have shared access to the full size bathroom. Complete with a shower/tub combo and storage space for linens/towels/etc.

For added convenience, the house also has a washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
