You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to the interstate in a SUPER safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and lots of family friendly midtown fun! Living room, kitchen, bonus room, laundry room, dining room are all yours with a private entrance in the front with off-street parking for 2-3 cars and ample street parking. Shared back deck and beautiful/huge backyard!!

Guest Access:
The back deck and fenced backyard are shared, though all entrances are completely private.

There are actually 3 different units on this property (the house, this unit, and a detached mother in law suite).

Parking is available on the concreted parking pad directly in front of the house (2 spots are available for this unit). Street parking completely legal as well.

The Neighborhood:
Super quiet and safe neighborhood in midtown mobile. The house is located at the very end of the street on the largest lot in the neighborhood! Central location to everything mobile as well!

Getting Around:
Walking or driving is a perfect way to get around the neighborhood. There is even a precious coffee shop just a short walk away.
Parking is in the back on the gravel parking pad (in front of the guest house). Only 1 car is allowed for this unit and must park closest to the fence (which is closest to this unit).
Once you park you’ll go through the gate and onto the deck/back patio straight to your entrance with code lock on it.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow pets at this unit, but have a strict pet policy and do not allow pets without communicating with us about it first. If you’re planning to bring an animal - you must reach out to us first so we can communicate about our rules and you can let us know your request
