Enjoy this comfortable, well-appointed 3 bed, 2 bath condo in the heart of Elkhorn Village with complimentary access to Elkhorn Resort* amenities (ridiculously close!) that include year-round hot tub, sauna/steam room and summer pool, tennis, pickleball and golf. A perfect home base for four seasons of outdoor activities accessible by free shuttle, walking & biking trails, or take your car to explore out further.
One parking pass for the surface lot on premises. Single car garage can be available for guests.
The condo is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 3-story building. Wide stairways provide access to the unit -- NO elevator access.
A keypad code will be sent prior to arrival along with amenity passes and parking/association rules.

Living Space
Open great room on the 2nd floor has ample space to relax, play games, watch a movie and enjoy time with your family/group including:
• Smart TV to stream your favorite shows
• Gas fireplace
• Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen essentials needed to cook and dine in.
• Ample dining table inside or eat alfresco on the deck** with views of Dollar Mountain.
• Stacked washer/dryer for guest convenience.
Beds/Baths
• Bedroom 1 – on the 2nd floor with a king size bed, closet and Smart TV. Full bath is next to the bedroom.
• Bedroom 2 – 3rd floor with a king size bed, closet, ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.
• Bedroom 3 – 3rd floor with twin over double bunkbed and closet.
Getting Around/Activities
It’s easy to get around the area (even if you don't have a car):
• The dedicated paths can take you to Sun Valley Village/Lodge, Ketchum and even down to Hailey, ID and up to Galena Lodge.
• A Mountain Rides shuttle stop is right across the street to take you to the town of Ketchum, Sun Valley Village/Lodge, Sun Valley Ski Resort River Run Base, Warm Springs Base, Dollar Mountain Base and more. There’s so much to love about the Sun Valley/Ketchum area and this condo is the perfect location to experience it all -- hike, bike, golf, fish, river rafting, downhill ski/ride, Nordic ski, shop, eat, etc!
• Dining and shopping options are plentiful in Ketchum and Sun Valley Village.
• Seasonal equipment rental is available from multiple locations in Ketchum and Sun Valley Village.
• Visit the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters for outdoor adventure planning.
• World-class skiing at Sun Valley Resort.
• Blaine County Recreation District (BCRD) and Sun Valley Resort both groom and maintain Nordic trail systems for skate and classic skiing in the broader Sun Valley/Ketchum area, including up at Galena Lodge.
• Hike the many beautiful trails (enjoy wildflowers late May to mid July!).
• Snowshoe on trails in the area.
• Take a horseback ride.
• Fly fish at Silver Creek Preserve.
• Stargaze in Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve.

* Please note that Sun Valley Elkhorn Association controls the community amenities and there are seasonal or other closures. Pool, tennis and golf are typically closed November to May (or possibly into June). Closures are typically weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the Association with/without cause or notice.

Had a wonderful time! Great location. Very clean condo with friendly neighbors. Comfortable and quiet. Host was very responsive and great to work with! We would definitely come back if we get the chance.

We stayed as two couples for family vacation. The condo is very nicely furnished with quality amenities. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and family time in the evenings. We felt like we were in a treehouse with all the beautiful birch trees. The pool is a short walk which was a plus and it was great to have the garage and extra parking space. We would definitely stay here again. The just was very responsive and kind.

We had a fantastic stay in this Elkhorn Village gem! The condo is as described with 1 bedroom on the main with a king bed, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a King, Twin and bunkbed in separate rooms creating plenty of room for our party. The unit was clean, nice big TV's, close to amenities like a pool and hot tub (included in our stay) and short 5 minute drive to Sun Valley. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place and hope our family can return again soon.

This condo was PERFECT for our stay. Its proximity to Ketchum, Hailey and day trips to Stanley was great. The condo was well appointed with personal touches throughout, including condiments, coffee, curling iron, games, etc. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much, Kristen.
