Getting around from our home in La Perle is a breeze! With the Anthony Henday just minutes away, you'll have quick and easy access to all the best destinations in and around Edmonton. Whether you're headed to the office, exploring the city's attractions, or just running errands, you'll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.
Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if you’re feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.
So no matter how you choose to get around, our location in La Perle makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!

Dogs (maximum of 2) are allowed with specific written pre-approval and must be included in your booking request. Cats are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fee of $500 per cat.

A security deposit of $500 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.
There are exterior cameras at the front & back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for your safety and security purposes.
There is a keyless entry to the home in which you will be provided a unique code to access the property during your stay.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection.
We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, a leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. This is a quiet suburban neighbourhood so these are strict quiet time hours to adhere to.
- This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an unauthorized party / event happening at the property the booking will be immediately cancelled and no refunds shall be given.
- Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with in any way during your reservation your booking may be immediately cancelled with no refund given on the booking amount or the security deposit.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $300 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- Please return the garage door opener - a $150 fee will be charged if needed to be replaced.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $299, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund from Benaiah Security Ltd. who acts as an agent of the property.
