The staff was very very nice, helpful and polite about everything we needed. The location was ideal, very close to the lake. The room was comfortable and cozy.

Good location, floor heating, parking in the garage, big shower

Our room was at the first floor and we could hear everything and everyone coming in and out in the early morning and late night hours thought the thin walls and door.

about 5 minutes by walk and you are near to the lake , very good location , also nearby you can find the shop and many restaurants. the apartment is clean and very friendly stuff.

It's a good location, but it's a bit old, needs refurbishment esp beds and bathroom. You can reach the lake and the old bazaar by walking.

Nice apartment for family, with clean kitchen modernly equipped with a fridge, stove and oven - so it's very well suited for a long stay. Proximity to the lake and old town. Friendly staff and personal attitude for breakfast.

I don't know if it's possible to do something with this issue in Balkans, but the problem with cigarette smoke getting into the apartment's corridor through ventilation system was not resolved during my stay. Some guests seem to continue smoking inside rooms even if they are equipped with smoke detectors. Perhaps you could make "No smoking" signs more visible in the rooms or put notes that smoking would cause penalty. With doors closed to rooms the smoke didn't get inside the rooms, so we slept well, but we had to keep the bathroom window wide open during February to make the smoke smell in the corridor not so concentrated.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We had to order our breakfast in advance, and we got what we expected - or even more. Parking possibility was ok.

The room was a bit too small for us and the wifi connection was poor in the room.

It was not our first time in Villa Arte, so we are already used to the accommodation. Clean, comfortable rooms, well equipped with everything that you need. For everything else, the amazingly hospitable staff is there to help you out. The location is great and I strongly recommend it if you are planning frequent visits to the Old city of Ohrid. Everything is very close: restaurants, shops, cafés... All in all, it's a perfect experience!

It was too hot in the rooms, which was not bad, but we are just not used to staying in such warm rooms. Unfortunately, the heating was centrally managed, so there was no possibility to adjust it...

It was a very big, comfortable, fresh and convenient studio room. We liked it so much and wished we had more time to spend in Ohrid. Breakfast was so delicious with local sauces. We will prefer again next time.

Location was great and staff at reception was very friendly and helpful.

WiFi didn't work, room could do with a face lift and a more thorough clean. Breakfast was not good. The eggs looked like they were from the day before.

Breakfast was really good.

Bathroom was full of someone else's hair. Slippers are not provided. Tea, coffee or water is not provided. Wifi doesn't work properly. You can hear all the voices from the rooms around you. Pillows are really disturbing.

Nice staff, good location, spacious room, basic breakfast. Parking space was provided.Good value for money.

Wi-fi very poor, practically unusable in the evenings. Also, there was a lot of dust in the elevator and in corners, which made me question how much cleaning was really done. Otherwise, the sheets, bathroom appliances etc were clean.
