Welcome to your home away from home! Our expansive 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 7 bed house is designed to offer the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, our property provides everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

All guests must be 25 years or over. We require ID, security deposit and e-signed T&Cs to be provided before any check-in information will be released.

Step into this beautifully designed home, where elegance meets comfort in every corner. With generous living spaces , this property is ideal for those looking to experience a touch of luxury while away from home.

Master Bedroom (Downstairs) Features a comfortable double bed and a cozy sitting area with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or catching up on work.

Second and Third Bedrooms -On the first floor, both with a comfortable small double bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers who enjoy extra space.

Fourth and Fifth Bedrooms-On the first floor, both rooms contain two single beds each, perfect for kids or friends sharing a room.

Bathrooms-The two modern bathrooms are well-appointed with high-quality fixtures. Both bathrooms have a shower enclosure, sink and WC. The master bathroom also has a bathtub. One is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

Living Area-The warm and cosy living room is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the fireplace for a cosy evening.

Kitchen-The spacious kitchen is a complete with a built-in dishwasher, oven hob and microwave. spacious island with seating. It's fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and basic pantry items.

Dining Area-The elegant dining area features a large table that comfortably seats ten, making it ideal for family meals or dinner parties.

Outdoor Space-The private backyard offers a tranquil retreat with a patio and outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Guests have private use of the entire house

We are available Monday-Sunday, from 10am - 8pm.

Iron, ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer are all provided for our guests. Please note we do not provide toiletries as we do not agree with single-use plastics.

The property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead.

* All guests must be over 25 years old.

* All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.

* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.

*Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am

*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.

We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our terms.
