With the issues we experienced the property manager/host was very quick with replies and trying to make sure that things were sorted asap.

House was not clean. Floors weren’t vacuumed. Dead spiders, moths, bugs in the window tracks and along the skirtings. Shower had pubic hair in them and look liked it was just wiped with a towel & no cleaning products used. 1st bedroom had hair and fluff in the bed. We had their word the bedding had been changed but it didn’t look like it. A “cleaner” came over whilst we were all in the house walked straight through with a vacuum and his daughter following behind him. He spot vacuumed & missed all the bugs in the corners because the vacuum was too thick he also just vacuumed the hairs in the shower. Rubbish bins were full & no outdoor maintenance done also no furniture in one room of the house. A 2 seater couch and a dining table. For the price we paid $700 for 1 night definitely a rip off and will not be back.
