Very outdated hotel with bathroom doors that won’t shut to trash left behind night stands. Had to change rooms because of hair on unchanged sheets

It was a great stay

Where to start... When advertising this is listed as "breakfast included" it was not and was very disappointed in the false advertisement. comforter was so dirty I saw white marks on it, grass and some just random dirty marks. threw off the comforter to get to the sheets and thankfully didnt seem dirty.... (we all know how that can be though) The TV in the room was broken with a lot of pixels out, lights in a lot places are out or flickering. (try to laundry in a coin laundry area while the light is flickering non stop at night... yeah-no.) could easily tell the floor was not vacuumed on top of which corners and edges where piled with dust/dirt.

Property needs a big time facelift…furniture, sink, towels, frig, microwave, TV…all extremely worn. Internet didn’t work in first room so had to move to another room. Staff were fabulous though which helped a lot.

Ask for receipt was told i had to get it from Expedia when i said they gave me one last week he didnt care i said i would never stay here again. The man behind the desk told get out Which i wasnt happy then chase me out the building say he was going to hurt me if i didnt leave

First room had vomit and other gross stains on the bed. Front desk quickly moved us to a second room that was just marginally better. Bed super uncomfortable and the fridge made a awful ticking noise all night. I did appreciate them giving me my 2nd night i had purchased back after informing them i was not staying another night.

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean room. My room had a couch, which was really nice. Commode was low to the ground, which is great kids and short people. Being that I’m 5’10” it took some getting used to. The only issue was noise from young kids driving loud vehicles along Loop 286 at 3:00am.

A bit tired looking. Plenty of noise from adjacent highway. Exterior of premises not well kept.

The toilets were extremely bad I had my 4 year old son trying to use the bathroom and notice urine all around the toilet under the toilet the mirrors had stuff all over them. Front desk was nice Unfortunately the room just did not seem clean at all!

Bathroom walls and shower curtain had mold on them.. Guest above our room baby ran and stumped all night and into the morning. TV played for about an half an hour and kept cutting off…

Property was convenient located but that was all the positive. Room furniture was worn out and sagging, the television was not working properly (wide lines across screen), towels were stained and dirty looking, no amenities as advertised (breakfast, coffee, iron, safe etc). Cheap but you get what you pay for.
