A little noise of neighbours from balcony later night

The apartment was modern and large, the area has everything you need and it's very easy to train into central London. The lovely lady running the complex (Barbara) was very helpful and did so much work to try and resolve our problems, she is a star! Thank you!

When we arrived we were told we had to move apartments and were given a smaller apartment without the "Stunning view" which was a shame but was caused by a maintenance issue apparently. The wifi was SOOOO slow, couldn't even stream YouTube.

Everything was outstanding! Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms were lovely too with amazing facilities. The location was great aswel. The property owner had exceptional customer service and ensured the property was ready in such a short space of time due to our last minute booking. I have nothing bad to say about my stay here, will certainly be coming back to stay.

Lovely homey feel to the flat. Nice balcony.

Slight smell of smoke when entering the flat and the kitchen tap makes a squeaking noise every now and again. I had to put a hairband around it to stop the noise, but the overall standard of the flat was lovely and these things didnt put us off staying again sometime :0)

The location is great, near shops and park. The apartment was mostly fine, clean and comfortable beds. Note- we were not staying in the one we booked (and I was told the one we were given was better than the one advertised) so I can't speak for the apartment we booked. The person responsible for meeting and greeting is very friendly and responsive.

We booked this appartment but when we arrived we were put in a different apartment, with no notice. We hadn't realised the apartment was one of many owned by a company. The apartment we were given had a few small problems- a bit shabby such as a broken chest of drawers, not enough crockery, doors wouldn't open fully as furniture placed in the way) but the main issue was that the balcony was considerably smaller than the one we had booked. This was a big problem for us as we could only meet family and friends outside due to COVID restrictions, and the balcony in the flat we were given was not big enough to acommodate extra people. We wish the owner had informed us before we arrived as it may have made a difference to our plans and we found the lack of communication spoiled the start of our stay. We asked for some compensation but this was refused and we didn't follow up because we hadn't seen family in months and didn't want to spend the holiday sorting out a money dispute, but we would not deal with this company again.

I am a regular customer with the managing team at tower point. They have great 1-2 bedroom apartments and never fail to amaze you with their excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Never disappoint.
